Maintenance

Repairs

Roof repairs are defined as the treatment given to a roof to correct existing problems beyond what can be accomplished through maintenance. This is typically performed by replacing some of the roofing system's constituent parts or by patching deteriorated areas.

The failure to find and correct minor roof deterioration in the earliest stages is probably the greatest cause of premature roof problems. Roof material deterioration can result from exposure to the weather, damage by the elements, failure of roof flashings, drainage systems or roof top equipment, or damage by other trades people making repairs to equipment housed on the roof.

"I just wanted to make the time to sing the praises of Collier Roofing. They have always responded to my request for help in a very timely manner in the many years I have been using Collier Roofing exclusively for our roofing repairs at the Nashville Macy's of which I am the Chief Engineer.
